Fulfillment Policy

Service Delivery
All services provided by Las Curvas are custom-made. Once a project is confirmed and payment is received, we begin work according to the timeline agreed upon with the client. Final deliverables are typically provided via email or a shared digital workspace of choice (e.g., Figma, Notion, Google Drive, etc…).

Revisions
Each design project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra fees.

Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced. If a project is canceled before any work begins, a full or partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
